Hey guys!
My apologies for my upcoming absence, but I am taking a brief hiatus from the big city (and small children). I’ll be attending a 2 week RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) training course through Our Yoga House. The retreat center is located outside of Taitung, and is surrounded by the almighty Pacific.
I am looking forward to the meditation, self exploration, and yoga in store. You can expect to hear about my experience in upcoming posts.
